He made his racing debute when he was a sophomore. He would set a record as the youngest-ever USAC race winner. Clauson became a frequent champion, racking up more than 170 feature wins.

He was on the Lacrosse, Hockey, and Football teams while in high school. After graduation he was an assistant coach for the Noblesville High School Hockey and Lacrosse teams.

He graduated from Anderson University in 2012. Since graduation from college, he has been employed at Micro Components in sales since 2012, and was a member of itown church in Fishers.

David Feltner

He played hockey and lacrosse while in high school. He attended Purdue University, majoring in Building Construction Management. He was a member of Pi Kappa Phi, several Greek committees, and BCM clubs. He enjoyed every moment he was able to spend with his brothers at Purdue. David will leave a long list of friends who stood beside him during his brave battle with his illness. Their love and friendship provided strength to him, as well as to his family.
